Hello everybody. Welcome to today's workout.
So, the wall has been my friend lately.
It's just a great way to work with your hips.
So today we're going to work on the abdominals as well as do a little bit of hip openness.
So just point your legs up if you're not close to the wall.
That's okay. Eventually you're gonna get there. I promise.
Alright. So we're just going to let the legs come open as far as they can.
And you can prop your legs up with blocks if you need to.
Pillows or you can just push the heels into the walls.
Alright. So just let your legs come open.
And then extend your arms up.
Deep breath in.
And try to touch the wall.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
So you're working your hips, your abs, inner thighs.
Also working your shoulders.
When you're done, you can hop your legs up.
I'm not gonna lie. That's an intense stretch.
The more you do it, the more you're going to feel better.
So let's just take a minute and get those hips some circulation there.
And just do some circles. Very easy.
One way and the other way.
Switch sides.
And eight.
Back to the wall.
Now I'm going to pivot your body to the side.
You're gonna drop your leg down to the floor.
If you can, straighten it out.
If you can't, just keep it bent and keep it to the wall.
