Hi guys! Julia Rios is here. Today is 4th April of 2022 and today is 19th day of our GPP Challenge.
And today I am feeling already myself not so hard as yesterday. I hope when I start to train it will be also not so hard.

I just lie on my back, keep my hands and legs like this and we do this way. We just lift one of our legs up.

Ok. So, in this exercise also we are not going to use sitting position. It will be everything in horizontal view. So, now we will stretch our calves.
